Emergency Preparedness - Lighting

Level I

Lighting that will be sufficient to last 28 days or longer

  • Flashlight (with extra batteries)
  • Lantern (safer if battery/solar powered)
  • Glow sticks (can be purchased at a local dollar store)
  • Rechargable night light

Level II

Lighting that will be sufficient to last 90 days or longer

  • Chargeable flashlight

Level III

Lighting that will be sufficient to last 365 days or longer
